Services (as defined below) rendered by Turnkeypoint are subjected to these Terms of Service with exclusion of any other terms and conditions stipulated or referred to by you, the Customer. You acknowledge that you are aware of the contents of and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Any new features, upgrades, variations or new packages which are added to the current Service shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Turnkeypoint reserves the to right at its absolute and sole discretion to vary, modify, delete, update or suspend these Terms of Service (or any part thereof) without prior notice to you. As such, you understand and acknowledge that it is your duty to review these Terms of Service on a regular basis.

Should you breach any of these Terms of Service, Turnkeypoint shall have the exclusive sole and absolute right to terminate, discontinue or withdraw the provision of the Service to you. In the event of a breach by you, Turnkeypoint reserves its right to pursue any remedy or relief as so far as permitted by law, which includes but is not limited to injunction, damages and/or specific performance.

• The services provided by Turnkeypoint are made available and is accessible via this website.
• The services currently provided by Turnkeypoint include but shall not be limited to the following (the “Service”): Product keys sales and / or any other service made available by Turnkeypoint from time to time.
• You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. Parental consent is needed or involvement shall be required in the event that you have not attained the age of 18.
• You must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process. All information provided by you shall be true, accurate, current and complete.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. Turnkeypoint cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.

Software codes are sent via email without any charge. We don’t send Physical products.

• Most of the products have 24 months guarantee period in which Turnkeypoint replaces or refunds any product damage or disfunction caused by the producer of the product.
• If we are not able to deliver for any reason, we will give you a full refund.
• If you received an incorrect product, or if the key code has not been activated, a refund/replace is possible.
• If the Key code cannot be activated for some unknown reasons, contact us within 48 hours from the time of purchase, and a refund/replacement is possible.
• If you experience any difficulties with the product you have purchased contact us first with your problem description accompined with screenshots or photos made by a digital camera to give us a clear idea to assess the situation. We have technicians that will assist you in getting your software installed and activated. Your order will be eligible for a refund in the rare circumstances our support staff cannot solve the problem.

• Turnkeypoint reserves the right to cancel any incoming order which it might be believed to be of suspicous nature (such as unauthorised / fraud payments etc.). Similar paid orders are refunded and the goods are not delivered.
• At our discretion, we can cancel orders for customers only when the key has not yet been collected via our online system.
• We cannot cancel orders if you have already received the activation code, as there is no way to re-sell that item.

• All prices are charged in EUR. Product prices that are listed on our website in currencies other than EUR are accurate exchange rates to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing, but only serve as an estimate due to exchange rate fluctations. When you purchase the item, you will be charged in EUR regardless.
• Turnkeypoint reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time. Turnkeypoint shall not be liable to you or any third parties should Turnkeypoint exercise our right to modify, suspend or terminate the Service or any part thereof.
• Turnkeypoint reserve the right to refuse to provide the Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• You expressly understand and agree that Turnkeypoint shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
• In no event shall Turnkeypoint or our suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our services or this agreement (however arising including negligence). You agree to indemnify and hold us (as applicable), our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party or your use of the Service and/or our site.
• We try our best to deliver all products on time, however; in the unlikely event of a product or service being delivered later than promised, you are entitled to a full refund if you have not already received the item. This does not however entitle you to any form of additional compensation for ‘damages’ or any other reason. You agree that only a full refund would be applicable, without any form of additional compensation or interest.
